As I look back to the past season one aspect stands out more than anything… having the most fun possible. I have never laughed so much in my entire life as I have just skiing with my friends this season. Let me be the first to admit that I tend to have a sick sense of humor when it comes to online videos. Not sick in the sense that I enjoy watching disgusting things or twisted fetishes, but sick in the sense that I get a kick out of the misery that happens to other people. Sometimes I just need to laugh at another person’s expense. “Up From The Underground”

Roots and Branches has partnered with D-Structure SF to help raise funds to further their programming focused on youth development, community based projects and all-age events. “Up From The Underground.” is on Friday April 9, 2010 at D-Structure, located on 520 Haight Street in San Francisco, from 8pm-11pm. This is an all age event, and high school students with school ID will receive free admission. Door price is a minimum of $5.00, however, since all the proceeds go towards youth arts and music programming, you are welcomed to generously donate more than $5.00 to the cause at the door.

DSSF is looking for new artists that want to sell their works at our store!! We are looking for smaller works (less than 20″ on one side) that are priced under $400 (we split the profits 50/50). All works accepted will be in the store for up to 2 months. Submit all pieces to either kelly@d-structure.com or bring your artwork by the store M-Th between 12-3pm. Make sure it does not suck because we will turn it down.
